| RNL Bio takes over the majority holding’s of Pharmicell Europe |

25 January 2011 - Sunghee Cho, Managing Director of Pharmicell Europe GmbH announced that she had sold her 99.5% shareholding in Pharmicell Europe GmbH to RNL Bio Co. Ltd..
RNL Bio Co. Ltd is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacturing of cell therapy products as well as stem cell cosmetics. All necessary notifications for the transaction are expected to be finished by the end of January. With taking over of Pharmicell Europe, RNL Bio will expand the business areas of Pharmicell Europe into cosmetics and other stem cell related services while continuing the existing operations of fat derived stem cell products. RNL Bio has announced to rename Pharmicell Europe into RNL Europe and make it headquarters for its pan-European operations. Contact:  |
